Reese and Lou are also joined on the show by special guest Wendy Damron for a very interesting discussion of "Education Scholarship Accounts" in South Carolina, and recent developments both in the courts, and in the legislature (the General Assembly). Wendy is President of Palmetto Promise Institute in Columbia, and shares her insights from the front lines of the fight to bring lasting and widely-available education choice to South Carolina.
